Ananta Krishnan is a co-founder of Audept, and serves as Audept's Director of Firmware.

In addition to his role at Audept, Ananta currently holds a full time lead engineering position at Mobile Semiconductor Corporation in Seattle and employs his 10 year industry experience to develop high performance/low power memory systems for handheld devices. He has a bachelorís degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from India.

Prior to joining Mobile Semiconductor, Ananta held various design engineering positions at Virage Logic in Seattle where he developed a wide range of top-notch memory compilers on different product architectures. This experience includes design automation and embedded software development for leading Integrated Device Manufacturers including IBM, Philips, and Freescale. In his most recent assignments, Ananta developed Ultra Low power embedded memories for Motorola's RAZR phones and for Microsoftís first generation Xbox products. He is recognized for his keen ability to improve component designs, increase team efficiency and decrease need for re-engineering.

Prior to joining Virage Logic, Ananta worked for European chip maker ST Microelectronics, where he was involved in design of Low power SRAM products for STís FPGA and Pentium processor cores.
